LEARN
About our effort
The Downtown New Castle Master Plan is an opportunity for City leaders, business owners, and the public to envision how material, design, and programmatic improvements can impact the functionality and vitality of downtown New Castle. Through this process, we intend to help ensure that downtown remains an active, comfortable, and safe destination for residents and visitors for years to come. The City of New Castle initiated the effort in early 2024 following a PreservINg Main Street grant award through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
PARTICIPATE
In our planning process
A critical part of the success of this planning process is the participation of property owners and business owners who operate within the downtown area. To ensure that the process considers your specific needs as a property owner, business owner and resident, we would like you to participate in all aspects of our effort.
